Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — without deleting your account — or request full account and data deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, and profile information
  • Your delivery and trip history
  • Messages and chat history
  • Payment method details (handled by Stripe)
  • KYC verification data

What we retain

  • Transaction records (required by financial regulations, up to 7 years)
  • Anonymised usage analytics
  • Any data required by law or to resolve disputes

How to request data deletion

  1. Email privacy@boothop.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and what you'd like deleted (specific data or full account)
  3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days
